AC Hotel Asheville Downtown

I had the absolute best experience spending the holidays solo at this property. Every interaction with the staff was amazing. Nick checked me in and was the sweetest and the team continued to make sure my stay was nothing less than amazing. The restaurant and bar staff were also wonderful. Anderson, Blair and Justin were so sweet and welcoming and also had amazing drink recommendations. Blair actually crafted one of the seasonal drink recipes which is now a new favorite of mine. There were other staff members I had the pleasure of interacting with but just didn't catch their names. I was very impressed with the service, cleanliness and esthetic of this hotel. Thank you for everything!

Trust me, Asheville, THIS IS THE PLACE! Major thanks to Will B. (I’m a huge fan) and the awesome AC Downtown Asheville team for making my first stay epic, and helping me make it a special trip for Coach. Our room was upgraded and the view was awesome. Overall, from the customer care and attentiveness, to the amazing welcome email detailing local suggestions and recommendations for the area, the hubs and I were well prepared and more than enjoyed our stay. We became huge fans and have vowed to return for another stay as the location can’t be beat. We loved being able to park our car (and charge it on-site, winning) and walk to our dinner reservations, local sweet spots, and night life as we smack dab in the thick of things. Capella on 9, rooftop restaurant and bar (ask for Warren), was great for dinner, breakfast, amazing Asheville views, AND night cap vibes w/ a DJ as an added bonus. From top to bottom, we loved it here. Cheers!

We stayed at the AC hotel this past weekend for a wedding in Asheville, and from the time we first called to inquire about parking to the time we checked out, the staff were all AMAZING. Brandon really stood out to me as one of the best hotel staff people I’ve encountered, but everyone was really kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable as well.

A colleague and I both checked into the AC Hotel yesterday, and our experiences have been incredible. We were impressed with our initial greeting when we checked in -- at seperate times. My room is lovely and so clean. And the best part was our dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the service we received there from Anderson. He was our incredible waiter, and he was there when we needed anything, while giving us space and time to just hang out. Overall, the hotel and restaurant -- and especially the folks working in both spaces -- have been top-notch! The people who work here make this place spectacular!

Location is a big plus. Staff is very friendly and professional. Rooms are decent size and provide what you need. Views are not the best from the rooms but they do have a rooftop bar and sitting area that offers better view. Free coffee and tea offered in that area plus full menu breakfast for relatively reasonable prices. We enjoyed our stay there!

Nick and team at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. Excellent location - walkable to shops and great restaurants. Make a reservation in advance. Rooftop Bar and Restaurant / Rooms are great! Will def be back again. Highly recommend.

We decided to take my parents to Asheville right after the Christmas holidays and stayed at the Marriott Asheville Downtown. The location was perfect — right in downtown and within walking distance of any restaurant or nightlife you could want. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything about our stay made it easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Asheville!

From the moment you walk in your greeted with a smile. The hotel itself is exquisite. Very safe. Great location. The bar staff is so very nice. Breakfast this morning and Devon is our server and she's really great as well. Close to lots of shopping.
